WORDFLAME does not currently hold any personal data apart from data required to liaise and communicate with clients, such as contact information.  However, we reserve the right to collect and hold personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 (EU).


WORDFLAME GDPR principles are that:

  • we will process all personal data fairly and lawfully

  • we will only process personal data for specified and lawful purposes

  • we will endeavor to hold relevant and accurate personal data, and where practical, we will keep it up to date

  • we will not keep personal data for longer than is necessary

  • we will keep all personal data secure

  • we will endeavor to ensure that personal data is not transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) without adequate protection

PAYMENT TERMS & OTHER CONDITIONS

By accessing and using the WORDFLAME service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of any accepted written agreement. In addition, when using WORDFLAME services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to our services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use WORDFLAME.


The acceptable method of payment is by cheque or bank transfer.  Once work has been signed off by the client, payment must be made within seven working days.  No refunds are given.

In rare instances, we may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

WORDFLAME reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
